Dr. Johnson earned her Doctor of Audiology degree from Washington DC’s Gallaudet University, the nation’s foremost institution for research and outreach related to improving the lives of people who are deaf and hard of hearing. Dr. Johnson studied American Sign Language and earned an associate degree in sign language interpretation prior to earning her doctorate and becoming an audiologist. She has been providing audiology care to the Upper Valley community since 2003. She worked at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center for 20 years, both as a staff audiologist and as a clinical coordinator. Dr. Johnson is Board Certified by the American Board of Audiology, and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology. In her free time, Dr. Johnson enjoys fitness, cooking, and spending time with friends and family.
